The Big Mouth Reward Chart has been a real hit.  It comes with ten unique stickers, each one representing a different character from the Big Mouth Book.  You are able to either award a sticker per mouthful, a sticker per night or a sticker for each agreed behaviour.  It is completely up to you and what works for your child.
