The Big Mouth Books come with a money back "no problems" guarantee.  If you are not 100% happy with the book within the first 10 days, you can return the book for a full refund. We will pay an additional $1 to cover postage (A4 envelope). We offer this guarantee because we are confident that if you follow the tips you will see improvements.

Here are the four options for purchasing:

Option 1 - All of our products can be purchased through this shopping cart using PayPal.  This credit card payment will be made through PayPal's secure environment and your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. PayPal has multiple layers of protection for your payment and provides up to $3,000 in buyer protection as descibed here.

You do not have to be a PayPal member to use the PayPal payment system. Look for the words - "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account...".   If you can't remember your PayPal details you can pay without logging in to your account.

Fundraiser - Only books purchased from Child Care centres or for fundraisers over the web will receive the fundraising amount of $5 per book for five or more books.
